If are qualifying with a guarantor, you will be asked to provide their information as part of the application process, which will then invite them to apply.

What is a guarantor?
A guarantor is someone who will be financially responsible to your lease agreement. Typically, a parent or guardian. The guarantor must reside in the United States, be at least 25 years of age, and cannot be a current resident.
If occupant is under 18, the guarantor must apply as the primary leaseholder and add the underage occupant as a minor.
